It took me a few days to identify the language of the subtitle. It's Friulian - it looks like a weird combination of Catalan + Romanian, with a hint of Venetian thrown in. It's one of the official languages of that part of Italy (Friuli), and in the recent years there's been a bigger push to use it more.
