The following Italian Jewish men were recorded in manuscripts associated with the merchant trading of the dei Medici family, between the mid-15th century and the early 17th century. All of these men were draper, brokers, or money changes, and lived in Italian held cities in Turkey and Cyprus: Brusa, Constantinople, and Pera.

The given names show quite a large biblical influence, far greater than in the general population (see "Early 15th-Early 17th C Italian Names"). In fact, of the 27 men, only 8 had non biblical given names. Each man had one given name, and one or two bynames. The bynames were either inherited family name, literal patronyms (indicating their father's name), or (possibly inherited) locative bynames. Everyone had either one or no byname, except for two men, one with a patronym and a grandpatronym, and one with a patronym + a family name. I have listed below first the given names, sorted alphabetically and listed with number of occurrences and cities of residence of the bearers, and then the surnames, sorted alphabetically.
